Experienced with all types of hardware installs, hard drives, RAM, monitors, keyboards, printers, expansion boards, etc…

Networking background: I have experience with basic TCP/IP, Wireless LANs, basic wired Ethernet LANs, and basic server concepts.

I have Basic Microsoft office experience with Word, Power Point, and Outlook.

Overall I have been working with computers for 5+ years and have a good understanding of PC components and software.
