Got wireless, wireless printing or other network issues?  Network problems are best handled in your home or office environment.

Our on-site techs carry most common networking equipment so most problems can be solved quickly, usually within our one hour minimum.

Chipheads is also available for more extensive setups, installs, and disconnect and reconnects when moving your office location.

Totally On-site Service

1 hour minimum, additional time billed in 15 minute increments

Time is money. Take advantage of our totally onsite service rate. We’ll come to your home or business and stay there till the job is done.

The average home service call to troubleshoot and correct a problem takes about an hour. Additional time may be required if there are complex issues, setups and installs or multiple computers to fix.

Our friendly, professional on-site technicians may negotiate a fixed rate if the computer can be returned to our shop to avoid excessive hourly charges.

• Onsite service rate $169 per hour, 1 hour minimum within our Service Coverage Area Map. (additional charges may apply for service outside the coverage area.)
